My grandma was a fantastic person. She was friendly and warm to strangers. She rarely complained unless you took the trash cans out later than she thought was acceptable. Or if you were treating the dog with less than grandmotherly approval. She was beautiful and caring and memorable. I love and miss her more than she will ever know. I will continue to miss her for the rest of my life. The pain may dull but it will always be there with a veil of acceptance over it. And that's ok. The only thing I can ask for is that she knows just how much everyone who knew her cares for her. She is a great woman and deserving of any praise given to her.
